How does it work?
-Contact me via this website, Facebook, Instagram, or email to schedule your session.
-There is a non-refundable deposit due for weddings and births. These are huge time commitments for me and will require me to block my schedule from other sessions, so a deposit is required to hold your spot for these packages.
-Payments can be made in cash, check, Venmo, or I can send you an invoice via Squarespace.
-You will receive all edited images in your own digital album. You will receive two folders–one with smaller files that you can use for social media if you choose to, and the other with high quality files that you can use for printing. You will also receive a print release in case your printer requires one.
-You have the final say in what images I post to social media–if there are any images that you are uncomfortable having shared, just let me know! I would not want to share something that you are not comfortable with! We’ll either find a compromise, I’ll do some creative editing, or we’ll keep that photo private!
-I always kindly ask that you do not edit/change photos that you have received.
-I try my best to make you feel comfortable. Most of the time, I am more of a documentary/lifestyle type of photographer. I am not going to tell you to move 2 inches to the left, or put your hand in this exact spot. Instead, I want you to interact. I want you to enjoy yourself. I want you to have fun and feel relaxed. If we’re doing Newborn Photos, I want you to look at and love on your baby. If we’re doing breastfeeding photos, I simply want you to connect with, and feed your baby. If we’re doing a couples session, I want you to show your partner some love; give a hug, give a kiss, snuggle up on a blanket. I’m not there to direct your every move. I’m there to document your moments! In the Birth Photography world, we refer to it as being a fly on the wall. I want to see your natural interactions and real emotions–that’s what makes for photos that you will cherish forever!
